Our advanced batch and continuous pre-expanders ensure uniform bead expansion, optimal foam density, and low thermal conductivity—key to quality EPS products.

🔹 Block Molding Machines

We use hydraulic and vacuum-assisted block molders to produce EPS blocks with accurate dimensions, excellent fusion, and superior strength.

🔹 Shape Molding Units

Custom-molded EPS packaging, components, and inserts are created using multi-cavity shape molding machines for high accuracy and repeatability.

🔹 CNC Cutting & Hot Wire Machines

Our precision CNC profile cutters and hot wire machines enable complex shapes, tapered designs, signage, and architectural elements with smooth surface finishes.

🔹 Drying & Curing Chambers

Controlled curing environments enhance product stability, reduce shrinkage, and improve material consistency for high-performance applications.

Each batch undergoes stringent testing for:
