About Our Founder – Mr. Anil Baddi
From humble beginnings to becoming the former CEO of Namo Thermopack, Mr. Anil Baddi’s journey in the EPS industry is one of perseverance, innovation, and customer dedication. He started his career at the grassroots level, gaining ground-level insights into every aspect of EPS production—from raw material handling to high-precision molding.
Armed with a BBA in Marketing and an instinct for business innovation, Mr. Baddi went on to build RNB EPS with one guiding belief:
